What can I expect
from a session?
Sessions are designed to support active aging and healthy living. During your session, you can expect us to work together to create an enjoyable and safe fitness routine - I truly believe that social connection and collaboration is a part of your wellness journey!
Throughout your sessions, I will set you up with the appropriate tools and coaching to overcome barriers such as: loss of confidence, loss of independence, pain, and physical restrictions all so you can maintain an active and independent lifestyle.
You will gain more strength, confidence and endurance.
