WHO IS THIS COURSE FOR?
This course is for all adults and kids who want to find a relief from various symptoms and generally feel more energized in their every day life. For those who are willing to breathe better and feel better! It is suitable for both beginners and more advanced practitioners.
WHO IS THIS COURSE NOT FOR?
This course is not suitable for those who are not willing to change their habits or lifestyle and cannot find time for the required breathing practice. Throughout the course, we will all support and motivate each other — an inactive participant could negatively affect the dynamic of the whole group.
The course is also not suitable for pregnant women or those with conditions such as cancer, diabetes, epilepsy, kidney or heart disease. In these cases, an individual consultation is necessary before starting the course.
HOW MUCH TIME SHOULD I SET ASIDE FOR THE COURSE?
The course runs over 4 weeks with five in-person sessions. In the first week, we will meet twice, and in the following weeks, we will meet once per week.
However, it’s not just about joining the online sessions!
The most important part is the home practice (homework assignments that I will set for you).
Breathing practice will take 30–90 minutes daily, depending on your willingness and possibilities.
You can divide the practice into smaller blocks throughout the day — for example, 4×15 minutes.
Many exercises can be done during your everyday activities, but some require a calm, quiet environment.
